Submitting a custom order is simple. Call us at (518)637-2322 or (518)241-9638 or email us at twistedsisters7681@gmail.com with your project concept, preferred colors, photos, or theme. We will review your vision, prepare a design mock-up for your approval, and confirm the specifications before crafting begins.
Timeline and payment details
Custom pieces take 2 to 3 weeks to complete. A 50% deposit is required upon ordering to secure your spot, with the remaining 50% balance due right before shipping. Payments are securely processed via Venmo. Ready-made items in stock require full payment at purchase.
